National Highways Infra Trust received reaffirmation of its highest credit ratings from two agencies - CARE Ratings (CARE AAA; Stable) and India Ratings & Research (IND AAA; Stable). The annual review covers bank facilities worth approximately Rs 24,852.64 crore, non-convertible debentures of Rs 1,500 crore, zero coupon bonds of Rs 2,031.68 crore, and proposed NCDs of Rs 968.32 crore. India Ratings also noted a slight reduction in bank loan facilities from Rs 213.20 billion to Rs 210.28 billion. Both rating agencies maintain stable outlook, indicating no change in credit risk assessment.
