National Highways Infra Trust (NHIT) filed its investor presentation for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. Total revenue from operations nearly doubled to INR 4,274 Cr in FY26 (from INR 2,364 Cr in FY25), driven by the inclusion of Round 4 assets from April 2025. EBITDA rose to INR 3,494 Cr and PAT more than doubled to INR 686 Cr. Distribution per unit increased 47.7% to INR 11.33, and the trust completed Round 5 monetization with a fund raise of ~INR 6,410 Cr in March 2026. Portfolio now spans ~2,655 km across five rounds, with a AAA credit rating, low debt-EV of 0.43x, and DSCR of 2.26x. Annualized distribution yield stands at ~8.5% with ~21% total adjusted return since listing in Nov 2021.
Sharp jump in revenue, EBITDA, and per-unit distributions is positive for unitholders, strengthening the cash-yield story. Successful Round 5 raise and AAA rating with comfortable DSCR support continued investor confidence and steady income outlook.
