Nava Ltd's Board, based on Nomination and Remuneration Committee recommendations, approved three director-related changes at its May 15, 2026 meeting. First, Mr. Trivikrama Prasad Pinnamaneni transitions from Managing Director (40+ years) to Non-Executive Director for 5 years. Second, Mr. GRK Prasad is re-appointed as Whole-time Director (Executive Director) for 2 years effective June 28, 2026. Third, Mr. Mwelwa Chibesakunda, a Zambian lawyer and Managing Partner of Chibesakunda & Company, is re-appointed as Independent Director for 5 years effective November 14, 2026. All appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM and other necessary approvals. The company noted that Mr. Pinnamaneni and Chairman Mr. D. Ashok are related but not within the meaning of Section 2(77) of the Companies Act 2013.
