Nava Limited reported its highest-ever consolidated revenue of ₹4,135.2 cr for FY25, up 4.3% YoY, with EBITDA rising 7.1% to ₹1,986.8 cr (margin at 48.0%) and PAT growing 14.2% to ₹1,434.1 cr (margin at 34.7%). The Ferro Alloys division turned around with a PBT of ₹27.6 cr versus a loss of ₹70.7 cr in FY24, while the Energy division's PBT grew 8.8% YoY on better PLFs. Maamba Energy (Zambia) fully repaid shareholder loans in April 2025, having paid US$196 Mn to sponsors since April 2024, and received another US$55 Mn reducing receivables to US$105.5 Mn.
