Nava Limited's Board meeting on May 15, 2026 approved three director appointments subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. First, Mr. Trivikrama Prasad Pinnamaneni, who served as Managing Director for over four decades, transitions to a Non-Executive Director for 5 years from May 15, 2026. Second, Mr. GRK Prasad, who oversees business operations, corporate strategy, risk management, and finance, is re-appointed as Whole-time Director (Executive Director) for 2 years from June 28, 2026. Third, Mr. Mwelwa Chibesakunda, a Zambian lawyer and Managing Partner of a DLA Piper Africa associated firm, is re-appointed as Independent Director for 5 years from November 14, 2031.
