Navin Fluorine International has appointed Mr. Vinod Shetty as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) effective May 21, 2026. This appointment follows the earlier resignation of Mr. Pankaj Lochan from the CHRO position in February 2026. Mr. Shetty brings nearly 30 years of HR experience, including 16+ years in senior leadership roles. He previously served as Head-India HR & Communications at Teva Pharmaceuticals and has held HR leadership positions at Sanofi India, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer India, and other organisations.
The appointment fills a key leadership vacancy in the company after the prior CHRO's exit. Mr. Shetty's extensive multinational experience may bring fresh perspectives to the company's HR strategy and talent management.
