Navin Fluorine shared its Q4 and FY25 investor presentation showing strong results. Consolidated FY25 sales grew 14% YoY to Rs. 2,349 Crs, with operating EBITDA up 34% at Rs. 534 Crs and EBITDA margin expanding 343 bps to 22.7%. Q4FY25 was even stronger, with sales up 16% YoY at Rs. 701 Crs, EBITDA up 62% YoY at Rs. 179 Crs, and margins at 25.5% (+721 bps YoY), exiting FY25 at a ~25% run rate. The CDMO vertical surged 141% YoY in Q4 driven by a robust RFQ pipeline, while HPP grew 10% and Specialty Chemicals was flat. Key capex includes Rs. 450 Cr AHF plant (Q2 FY26 commissioning), Rs. 288 Cr cGMP4 facility (Phase 1 by Q3 FY26), and a new $14 Mn Surat plant under a strategic partnership with Chemours for AI data center cooling fluids, expected operational by Q1 FY27. Net D/E is healthy at 0.37x with operating cash flow of Rs. 571 Crs.
Sharp margin expansion, strong order pipeline visibility through FY26, and the Chemours tie-up into AI cooling fluids signal strong growth momentum — likely positive for the stock and shareholder confidence.
