Navin Fluorine International Limited has submitted its audited consolidated financial results for FY25 to the exchanges. Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 2,349.38 crore from Rs. 2,065.01 crore, up about 13.8% year-on-year. Profit after tax (attributable to owners) was Rs. 288.58 crore versus Rs. 270.50 crore, a modest growth of around 6.7%. Earnings per share stood at Rs. 58.20 (basic), up from Rs. 54.57. Total assets expanded to Rs. 4,830.38 crore, supported by growth in property, plant and equipment. Auditor Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP issued a clean (unqualified) opinion. A key audit matter involved the impairment review of goodwill from Manchester Organics (Rs. 72.85 crore) and PP&E at the Dewas unit (Rs. 216.68 crore), together about 6% of total assets. The financial statements remain subject to shareholder approval at the AGM scheduled for July 31, 2025.
The results show steady revenue growth and a modest improvement in profitability, though the bottom-line growth was limited by higher finance and depreciation costs. The clean auditor report and no exceptional items in FY25 (compared to Rs. 52.13 crore in FY24) should be viewed positively by shareholders. No red flags on audit qualifications or going-concern issues.
