Navin Fluorine has informed the stock exchanges about a change in the head of its Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Sustainability function. Mr. Sandeep Mandot, the existing Corporate Head - HSE and Sustainability, has resigned citing personal reasons, with his last day being August 1, 2025. Mr. Amish Kamat will take over the role from August 2, 2025. Mr. Kamat brings over 25 years of EHS experience, most recently from Bayer CropScience India (about 10 years), and has prior stints at Pidilite Industries, Glenmark Generics, Cipla, and Goodlass Nerolac. He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Mumbai University.
