Navkar Corporation has informed exchanges that its 17th Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM IST via Video Conferencing. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from July 2, 2025 to July 8, 2025 (both days inclusive) for AGM purposes. The cut-off date to determine members eligible to vote is July 1, 2025, and remote e-voting will be open from July 5, 2025 (9:00 AM) to July 7, 2025 (5:00 PM). The AGM will consider adoption of audited FY25 financial statements, re-appointment of Mr. Manish Gupta as director (retiring by rotation), and appointment of M/s. Ragini Chokshi & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. The Annual Report 2024-25 is being sent electronically to shareholders on June 14, 2025.
