Navkar Corporation's Board approved unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Revenue from operations rose to ₹13,814.40 lakhs, up about 17% from ₹11,762.84 lakhs in the same quarter last year. The company swung back to a profit of ₹244.71 lakhs (EPS of ₹0.16), compared with a loss of ₹1,307.38 lakhs (EPS of -₹0.87) in Q1 FY25. Finance costs also fell sharply to ₹386.85 lakhs from ₹541.33 lakhs a year ago, while other expenses dropped more than half to ₹635.48 lakhs. The full-year FY25 had ended with a loss of ₹4,530.20 lakhs, making this a clear turnaround quarter. Separately, the Board approved shifting the Corporate Office from Kharghar to Seawoods, Navi Mumbai, and the insider trading window reopens on July 21, 2025.
Positive for shareholders – the company has returned to profitability after multiple loss-making quarters, driven by higher revenue and lower costs, which could lift investor sentiment and the stock price in the short term.
