Navneet Education has submitted copies of newspaper advertisements of its Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025, published on 9th August 2025 in Economic Times and Maharashtra Times (Mumbai), Economic Times (Ahmedabad), and Times of India (Surat). The results were approved by the Board on 7th August 2025. For Q1 FY26, standalone revenue from operations stood at ₹792 Cr (vs ₹794 Cr YoY), total income at ₹800 Cr (vs ₹802 Cr), and profit before tax at ₹216 Cr (vs ₹214 Cr). Net profit for the quarter was ₹161 Cr compared to ₹743 Cr in the year-ago quarter, which included large exceptional items of ₹584 Cr. Consolidated revenue was ₹794 Cr with profit before tax of ₹212 Cr. Basic EPS stood at ₹7.26 (standalone) and ₹7.13 (consolidated). The company has noted that due to the seasonal nature of its education publishing business, quarterly results are not representative of full-year performance.
This is a routine regulatory disclosure (newspaper publication compliance under Regulation 47) rather than a new announcement, so limited direct stock impact is expected. Underlying operating performance is broadly stable with flat revenue and marginal PBT growth, but reported net profit looks sharply lower only because the base quarter had exceptional items. Investors should view Q1 numbers with caution given the seasonal nature of the business and look to the full-year trajectory.
