Nazara Technologies has completed the acquisition of 1,278 Pre Series C Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) of Rusk Media Private Limited. The shares have a face value of INR 10 each and represent 1.36% of Rusk's share capital on a fully diluted basis. Nazara paid INR 14,98,99,176 (approximately INR 15 crore) for this allotment.
