NBCC (India) Limited has informed the Exchange about Copy of Newspaper Publication

NBCC (India) Limited has filed copies of the newspaper publication dated August 29, 2025, announcing its 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 12:00 noon via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Board has proposed a final dividend of Re. 0.14 (14 paise) per fully paid-up equity share of face value Re. 1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, with a record date of Friday, August 21, 2025. E-voting facility through NSDL will be available from Sunday, September 21, 2025 (9:00 a.m.) to Tuesday, September 23, 2025 (5:00 p.m.), with a cut-off date of September 17, 2025. The AGM notice and Annual Report 2024-25 will be sent only through electronic mode to shareholders whose email addresses are registered with depositories/RTA. Tax will be deducted at source on dividends as per the Income Tax Act, and shareholders are advised to update KYC details under the 'Sakeham Niveshak' campaign to avoid unclaimed dividends being transferred to the IEPF.
