NBCC has informed the exchanges that the Rajasthan Government has revised upward the value of the Rajasthan Mandapam Convention Centre and allied urban development projects. The project value has been increased from the earlier approved Rs. 3,700 crore (announced on August 25, 2025) to approximately Rs. 5,800 crore (inclusive of GST), marking a jump of around Rs. 2,100 crore. The project, to be executed by NBCC on behalf of client RIICO, will come up on over 90 acres near Jaipur International Airport with a total built-up area of more than 94.53 lakh sq.ft. It includes a convention centre, expo halls, IT/ITES office spaces, hotels, retail, housing, a Natural History Museum, riverfront development, and a Fintech plaza. NBCC plans to float tenders for the project in April 2026, transitioning from planning to execution stage.
