NBCC newspaper notice for unclaimed FY2018-19 dividend and shares to IEPF transfer

NBCC has published a newspaper public notice (English and Hindi) on June 26, 2026 about transferring the unclaimed final dividend for FY 2018-19 (65 percent) and related equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Under Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, dividends unclaimed for seven years move to IEPF. The last date for shareholders to lodge claims is October 20, 2026, after which the dividend and corresponding shares will be transferred to IEPF on October 29, 2026. Shareholders with physical shares need to update KYC via Form ISR-1/ISR-2 at RTA Alankit Assignments.
