NCC Limited asks physical shareholders to update KYC with Registrar

NCC Limited has informed the Exchange that it has sent a communication to shareholders holding equity shares in physical form, asking them to furnish or update KYC details with KFin Technologies, the company's Registrar. Details required include PAN linked with Aadhaar, postal address, mobile number, email, bank account details, and specimen signature. Shareholders who do not comply will not be able to lodge grievances or receive dividends, interest, or redemption amounts, which will be paid only through electronic mode.
