NCC Limited released its Q4 FY2026 investor presentation ahead of an analyst call. Standalone revenue declined 9% YoY to ₹17,463 crore due to funding-cycle stress in water and state-funded segments, though the order book grew 16% YoY to ₹83,004 crore providing multi-year execution visibility. Consolidated revenue was ₹20,823 crore with PAT of ₹724 crore. EBITDA margin compressed to 8.29% standalone due to operating de-leverage from lower revenue and elevated finance costs on peak working capital debt. Net debt rose to ₹2,815 crore consolidated as working capital days expanded to 97 days due to delayed JJM payments. The company completed major projects including Silchar Medical College, Jabalpur Flyover, JPNI Airport Patna, and Palamuru Reservoir during FY26.
The revenue decline and margin compression are concerning near-term, but the strong 4x book-to-bill ratio and 16% order book growth provide solid multi-year revenue visibility. Elevated debt levels and working capital stress from government receivables remain key watch items for shareholders.
