NCC Ltd has published a newspaper notice informing shareholders that equity shares with unclaimed dividends for 7 consecutive years will be transferred to the IEPF Authority. Unclaimed dividends up to FY 2017-18 are already transferred to IEPF, while those from FY 2018-19 onwards remain unclaimed. Shareholders must claim by October 12, 2026 by writing to the Registrar KFin Technologies. After this date, the related shares will be transferred to IEPF and can only be reclaimed later from IEPF by following prescribed procedures.
Shareholders with unclaimed NCC dividends from FY 2018-19 must claim by Oct 12, 2026 or risk permanent transfer of their shares to IEPF Authority.
