NCL Industries reported its Q1 FY26 (ended June 30, 2025) production and dispatch numbers, which were lower across all product lines compared to the same quarter last year. Cement production fell 5% to 6.34 lakh MT and cement dispatches dropped 4% to 6.28 lakh MT. The Cement Particle Boards segment saw a steep 41% decline in dispatches (11,159 MT vs 18,832 MT) and 17% fall in production. RMC volumes were down 8% at 73,991 cubic metres. The Doors business was the worst hit, plunging 75% to just 1,610 units from 6,537 units a year ago. No hydro power generation was reported during the quarter.
Broad-based volume contraction, especially the sharp drops in boards and doors, signals weak demand and potential pressure on Q1 revenues and margins. This is likely to be viewed negatively by investors and could weigh on the stock in the near term.
