NCLT-convened shareholder meeting to approve 95 percent share capital reduction scheme

Omkar Overseas Ltd is holding an equity shareholders meeting on 27 July 2026 via video conferencing, convened by NCLT Ahmedabad. Shareholders will vote on a Scheme of Arrangement to reduce share capital by 95 percent, cutting paid-up capital from Rs 4.89 crore to Rs 24.49 lakh and cancelling 1,01,900 unpaid shares.
