NCLT directs implementation of resolution plan clause

The NCLT Kolkata Bench issued directions on 10 June 2026 on implementing Clause 5.5.2.2 of the company's approved resolution plan. The order was received by the company on 15 June and filed with the stock exchange within 24 hours. This is a follow-up to an earlier disclosure made on 15 June. The company has been undergoing the corporate insolvency resolution process and the tribunal is now directing specific implementation of the approved plan.
