NCLT Replaces Caretaker Resolution Professional at Educomp Solutions

Educomp Solutions, already under CIRP, has had its Caretaker Resolution Professional Mr. Mahender Kumar Khandelwal replaced by Mr. Kamal Kumar Jadwani following an NCLT order dated April 8, 2026. The new Resolution Professional will conduct further insolvency proceedings and manage all company affairs since no Board is in place. The formal NCLT order copy is awaited.
