ND Metal Industries appoints Nikita Goyal as Independent Director

The Board of N D Metal Industries appointed Ms. Nikita Goyal as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director effective 10 June 2026. She is a qualified Company Secretary (M. No. 36824) and holds an LLB degree with experience in corporate law and governance. She is not related to any existing director or KMP and is not debarred by SEBI. She will hold office until the next AGM and then for five consecutive years subject to shareholder approval. The appointment aims to strengthen the board and support corporate governance.
