Nectar Lifesciences has submitted, to NSE and BSE, the newspaper publication of its audited consolidated and standalone financial results for Q4 FY25 and the full year ended March 31, 2025, published on July 9, 2025 in Business Standard (English) and Desh Sewak (Punjabi). The results show a sharp swing from profit to loss: the company reported a consolidated loss after tax of Rs 13,008.92 lakhs in Q4 FY25 versus a profit of Rs 59.20 lakhs in Q4 FY24. For the full year FY25, it posted a consolidated loss after tax of Rs 11,368.08 lakhs compared to a profit of Rs 499.46 lakhs in FY24. Loss before tax for FY25 stood at Rs 16,153.40 lakhs versus a profit of Rs 1,826.89 lakhs a year earlier. Total income from operations was largely flat at Rs 191,149.89 lakhs (FY25) vs Rs 192,737.75 lakhs (FY24), while EPS turned deeply negative at (Rs 5.80) for Q4 and (Rs 5.07) for the full year.
The deep swing to a near-Rs 130 crore Q4 loss and a full-year loss is materially negative for shareholders and likely to weigh on the stock, signalling significant operational or one-time stress during FY25. Reserves also fell to Rs 93,368 lakhs from Rs 104,682 lakhs, pointing to erosion of shareholders' equity.
