Neeraj Paper Marketing has fully repaid its term loan (Union LAP) of Rs. 1.25 crores to Union Bank of India, though the no-due certificate from the bank is still pending. The company has also received a modification in the terms of its existing Cash Credit facility of Rs. 8.50 crores from the same bank. Under the revised terms, the bank has approved the release of a commercial shop (216-217) at Agarwal Prestige Mall, Pitampura, from the charge, and has expanded the drawing power calculation to include book debts up to 120 days (previously lower). All other conditions of the cash credit facility remain unchanged. The modification letter was received on 6th April 2026.
The term loan repayment reduces the company's debt burden, while the release of a property from the bank's charge and the more flexible drawing power calculation (120-day book debts) improve operational liquidity and free up an asset for the company. Overall, this is a neutral-to-positive development for shareholders, indicating active debt management by the company.
