Nephrocare Health Services Limited announced that its overseas step-down subsidiary, Nephrocare Health Care Services Philippines Inc., has entered into Asset Transfer Agreements to acquire dialysis center assets at two locations in the Philippines. The first acquisition is Northern Mindanao Dialysis Clinic Inc. in Cagayan De Oro City for PHP 27.4 million (approximately INR 4.25 Crores). The second is Aliaga Hemodialysis Centre Inc. in Nueva Ecija for PHP 44.8 million (approximately INR 6.99 Crores). The total deal size is approximately INR 11.24 Crores. Both transactions are at arm's length and are not related party transactions. There are no special rights associated with these agreements.
This acquisition represents inorganic growth through expansion of the company's dialysis center network in the Philippines. The deal size of around INR 11.24 Crores is modest relative to company scale and could support future revenue growth in the overseas market.
