Nephrocare Health Services Ltd's step-down wholly-owned subsidiary, Nephrocare Health Care Services Philippines Inc., has entered into an Asset Transfer Agreement with Orani Hemodialysis Center Inc. to acquire assets of a dialysis center located at Orani, Bataan, Philippines. The total consideration for this acquisition is PHP 89.6 million (approximately Rs 13-14 million at current exchange rates).
