Neptune Logitek Limited reported its first full-year audited results as a BSE SME-listed company (listed Dec 22, 2025) for FY26. Total revenue fell about 9.8% to Rs. 23,522.18 lakhs from Rs. 26,074.41 lakhs in FY25, and revenue from operations dropped to Rs. 23,371.10 lakhs from Rs. 25,725.39 lakhs. Profit after tax declined to Rs. 628.84 lakhs (from Rs. 667.05 lakhs) and basic EPS fell to Rs. 4.59 from Rs. 6.67 due to a higher share count post-IPO. The company has flagged that Middle East geopolitical tensions from end-Feb 2026 hit its export-import and logistics business hard in March 2026, hurting domestic volumes and margins. IPO proceeds of Rs. 46.62 crores have been nearly fully deployed (Rs. 46.55 cr utilized) mainly into machinery and loan repayment, with no deviation reported. Auditor J.S. Maheshwari & Co. issued a clean, unmodified opinion with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Shareholders should note that while the company remains profitable and balance sheet has strengthened post-IPO, top-line and per-share earnings have declined on a year-on-year basis, driven mainly by an external geopolitical shock to its logistics business. The export segment actually grew, but a sharp slowdown in domestic operations and fixed-cost pressure dragged overall margins, which may weigh on near-term sentiment.
