NESCO Limited has informed BSE that its Board of Directors will meet on Monday, 27 July 2026 to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. As per the Listing Regulations, the company has also reiterated that the trading window for dealing in shares remains closed from 1 July 2026 for designated persons, connected persons, insiders and their immediate relatives, until 48 hours after the results are made public.
Routine procedural intimation. Actual Q1 earnings will be known after 27 July; no immediate price action expected from this notice alone.
