Nestle India declares special dividend of Rs 2. Check record date and other details

Nestle India declared a special dividend of Rs 2 per share alongside a final dividend of Rs 5 per share for FY26, with a record date of July 10, 2026 and payment from July 30, 2026, funded from retained earnings of about Rs 51,070.7 million. The company reported a 27 percent year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 1,111 crore for Q4 FY26, while revenue grew 23 percent to Rs 6,748 crore, beating Street estimates of Rs 6,196 crore. Shares traded up about 1.1 percent to Rs 1,462 on BSE at the time of reporting.
