Nestle India has announced a leadership change in its IT function. Ms. Krishna Guha Roy, currently Head of IS/IT & Nestlé Business Excellence, will step down on March 31, 2026, to take up a larger leadership role within the global Nestlé group. She will be replaced by Mr. Prateek Tripathi, aged 45, who has been with Nestlé since 2019 and currently serves as Data Governance Lead for Zone AOA. Mr. Prateek brings over 21 years of experience from prior stints at GE, Citibank, Parle Agro, and Nielsen, and his new role takes effect April 1, 2026, subject to approvals.
This is a routine internal succession within the IT and data function, with the outgoing leader moving to a bigger global role and an internal candidate stepping in. No major disruption expected for shareholders as the change is continuity-led and limited to senior management (not CEO, CFO, or Board level).
