Netweb Technologies India Limited announced the results of its postal ballot, in which shareholders approved all four special resolutions related to the re-appointment of directors and their remuneration. The resolutions covered Mr. Sanjay Lodha (Chairman & MD), Mr. Navin Lodha, Mr. Vivek Lodha, and Mr. Niraj Lodha, all whole-time directors from the promoter Lodha family, each for a 5-year term. Voting results showed 95.72%, 99.96%, 92.63%, and 91.11% in favor of the four resolutions respectively. The promoter group, holding approximately 3.81 crore shares (99.75% polled), voted 100% in favor across all resolutions. E-voting was conducted between February 19, 2026 and March 20, 2026, with 589 valid e-votes cast from the 2,34,761 shareholders on record as of the February 13, 2026 cut-off date. The scrutinizer confirmed that all resolutions were passed with the requisite majority.
All four Lodha family directors will continue in their roles for another 5 years, providing leadership continuity. However, institutional investors showed notable dissent on the re-appointments of Vivek Lodha (51% institutions against) and Niraj Lodha (62% institutions against), which may reflect concerns about remuneration for the third and fourth director from the same family. Shareholders should note the high promoter concentration that drives voting outcomes regardless of institutional sentiment.
