Neueon signs Rs 35 cr procurement MoU with Elcom Innovations

Neueon Corporation has signed a procurement partnership/MoU with Elcom Innovations Private Limited for supply of tactical communication equipment and solutions. The deal is worth approximately Rs 35 crore (exclusive of tax), to be delivered in tranches by July 23, 2027. The order is domestic and involves procurement of raw materials. It is not a related party transaction and promoters have no interest in Elcom.
