New Company Secretary appointed after predecessor resigns

Premium Capital Market and Investments Ltd appointed Ms. Komal Madhyani as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective July 1, 2026. She is an ICSI Associate Member (ACS 50007) with over eight years of post-qualification experience in corporate secretarial, legal, and compliance functions. She replaces Mr. Deepak Bissa, who resigned from the same post effective June 30, 2026, citing personal reasons. The board approved both changes at its meeting held on June 30, 2026.
