New director appointed, independent director resigns, secretarial auditor named

At its 17 Feb 2026 board meeting, KD Leisures appointed Ms. Anubha Kumari Sinha as Additional Non-Executive Director and accepted the resignation of Mr. Dileep Kumar, Non-Executive Independent Director, citing personal business pre-occupation. Notably, the resigning director did not confirm there were no other material reasons for his exit. The Board also appointed M/s. Vaibhav Sharma & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26.
