Board of Shri Krishna Prasadam Ltd approved the appointment of Mr. Parmod Chand Joshi as Additional Executive Director for a 5-year term from July 14, 2026, subject to shareholder approval within 3 months. He is a legal professional with an LLB from CCS University, Meerut, and a member of the Bar Council of India. He is not related to any existing director on the board.
