The Board of Directors of New Markets Avenue Ltd met on 13 February 2026 and approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025. The company reported a net loss of Rs. 28.36 lakhs in Q3FY26, compared to a profit of Rs. 1.36 lakhs in Q2FY26 and a loss of Rs. 8.55 lakhs in Q3FY25. For the nine months ended December 2025, the loss stood at Rs. 19.17 lakhs versus Rs. 11.00 lakhs in the same period last year. Revenue from operations for Q3FY26 was Rs. 7.50 lakhs. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion. The Board also confirmed NIL deviation in the utilisation of Rs. 5.025 crore raised via preferential convertible warrants, of which Rs. 1.147 crore was used for working capital and the balance remains unutilised.
Negative for shareholders — the company swung back into a loss this quarter after a small profit in Q2, and nine-month losses have widened. Despite this, the auditor's report is clean and the company has fresh funds from the warrant issue, though only a small portion has been deployed so far.
