New statutory and secretarial auditors appointed, office shifted to Hyderabad

Board of ICSA India appointed Bhargavi Priya and Associates (FRN 021428S) as statutory auditors and T Durga Pallavi as secretarial auditor, both for FY 2018-19 to FY 2025-26 covering the CIRP insolvency period. Registered office shifted from prior location to Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Two directors authorized for NCLT, BSE, NSE, CDSL, NSDL filings. Both auditor appointments need shareholder approval at the next AGM.
