Centerac Technologies has submitted to BSE copies of the newspaper advertisement of its Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 June 2025, as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. The results were published in Financial Express and Mumbai Lakshdeep (English) and in a Marathi newspaper on 15 August 2025. From the published results, total income from operations fell sharply to Rs 6.84 lakh from Rs 31.85 lakh in Q1 FY25, a drop of nearly 78% year-on-year. The company slipped into a net loss of Rs 3.99 lakh for the quarter, compared to a profit of Rs 28.70 lakh in the same quarter last year. Basic and diluted EPS turned negative at Rs (0.04), against Rs 0.26 in Q1 FY25. Paid-up equity share capital stood at Rs 110.35 lakh.
Sharp year-on-year deterioration with revenue collapsing and the company moving from profit to loss, though absolute numbers remain very small given its micro-cap size. Likely to weigh on investor sentiment, but limited downside given the low scale of operations.
