KSS Limited has published its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 in newspapers (News Hub English and Marathi) as required under SEBI listing rules. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations in Q2 FY26 was Rs. 50.03 lakh versus Rs. 49.18 lakh in Q2 FY25, but the company posted a loss of Rs. 42.09 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 125.17 lakh for H1 FY26. Consolidated results were also negative with H1 FY26 loss of Rs. 31.22 lakh. The company continues to operate under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since NCLT admission on January 24, 2023, and the Resolution Professional has filed for liquidation after the resolution plan was rejected on March 24, 2025. Shares remain suspended from trading since November 27, 2020 due to earlier non-compliance with SEBI depositary regulations.
Negative for shareholders — the company remains deep in insolvency with mounting losses, a rejected resolution plan, and a liquidation application pending before NCLT. With shares already suspended from trading and no resolution in sight, investors face high uncertainty and risk of total loss.
