Newspaper advertisement of Postal Ballot Notice

Sharp India has informed BSE about newspaper publication of its Postal Ballot Notice, which appeared in Financial Express (English) and Loksatta (Marathi) on 8 July 2026. This follows the earlier letter dated 7 July 2026 about the postal ballot process. Shareholders will receive the notice and can vote on the resolutions as per the postal ballot procedure.
