Tulsi Extrusions Limited has published its audited standalone financial results for Q4 FY25 and full year FY25 in English and Marathi newspapers, as required under SEBI listing rules. For Q4 FY25 (Jan-Mar 2025), the company reported total income from operations of Rs. 899.03 lacs and a net profit of Rs. 249.75 lacs, compared to Rs. 980.11 lacs income and Rs. 20.67 lacs profit in Q4 FY24. For the full year FY25, total income fell sharply to Rs. 3,780.86 lacs from Rs. 5,518.50 lacs in FY24, a drop of roughly 31%. The company widened its net loss to Rs. 780.84 lacs in FY25 from Rs. 345.74 lacs in FY24, resulting in a basic/diluted EPS of Rs. (3.73) versus Rs. (1.65) in the previous year. Equity share capital remained unchanged at Rs. 2,094.95 lacs. Results were approved by the Board on August 7, 2025.
Despite a much-improved Q4 profit, the full-year picture shows shrinking revenue and losses that more than doubled, which is negative for shareholders and likely to weigh on the stock in the near term.
