Citizen Infoline Limited submitted copies of newspaper advertisements published on 29 July 2025 in Financial Express (Gujarati) and The Indian Express (Gujarati), disclosing its unaudited Q1 FY26 results under SEBI LODR Regulation 33. For the quarter ended 30 June 2025, total income from operations stood at Rs. 134.57 lakhs, up sharply from Rs. 78.82 lakhs in Q1 FY25 (about 71% year-on-year growth). Net profit after tax came in at Rs. 2.53 lakhs versus Rs. 0.81 lakhs in the same quarter last year (more than tripled). Basic and diluted EPS were Rs. 0.05 each, compared with Rs. 0.02 in Q1 FY25. Paid-up equity share capital remains at Rs. 539.73 lakhs. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on 28 July 2025, and the statutory auditors issued an unqualified opinion. The company operates in only one business segment.
Strong revenue growth and a meaningful jump in profits year-on-year, though absolute earnings remain very small; the clean auditor opinion and SEBI-compliant disclosure are routine positives but unlikely to move the stock significantly given the tiny scale.
