NEWSPAPER PUBLICATION 22052025-QUARTER ENDED AND FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 2025
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
Kratos Energy & Infrastructure Ltd has published its audited financial results for the quarter and full year ended 31 March 2025 in two newspapers (Active Times in English and Mumbai Lakshdeep in Marathi) as required by SEBI listing rules. For FY25, the company reported virtually nil operating income at Rs 0.05 lakh, similar to FY24. The net loss after tax widened sharply to Rs 672.89 lakh in FY25 from Rs 95 lakh in FY24, with the deterioration largely driven by exceptional/extraordinary items. Q4 FY25 standalone results showed a net loss of Rs 4.04 lakh, an improvement from a Rs 46.83 lakh loss in Q4 FY24. Earnings per share for FY25 stood at Rs -67.29 versus Rs -9.50 in FY24. Equity share capital remained at Rs 100 lakh with reserves of Rs 426.57 lakh.
Existing shareholders should note a sharp jump in full-year losses, almost 7x deeper than the previous year, mainly due to exceptional items. However, the trend in Q4 shows losses narrowing meaningfully, and the company is now publishing audited results suggesting financial reporting formalisation. Stock price reaction is likely to be negative given the wider annual loss, though low absolute revenue means the company remains very small-scale.
