Vas Infrastructure Ltd has published its standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 in The Free Press Journal and Navshakti newspapers, as required under SEBI LODR Regulations 29 and 47. The company reported a small net profit of Rs 1.89 lakhs in Q3 FY26, compared to a net loss of Rs 5.57 lakhs in the same quarter last year and a profit of Rs 8.99 lakhs in Q2 FY26. For the nine months ended December 2025, the net loss narrowed sharply to Rs 6.94 lakhs from Rs 40.42 lakhs a year earlier. Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 0.012. Equity share capital is Rs 1,512.94 lakhs while other equity remains deeply negative at Rs (27,467.82) lakhs. The company continues to be under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since March 11, 2024, with Mr. Ashok Kumar Golechha acting as the Resolution Professional.
Marginal return to profit and sharply lower year-on-year losses suggest some operational improvement, but the company remains under insolvency proceedings with severely eroded reserves, meaning shareholders continue to face significant uncertainty and risk of dilution or liquidation under the CIRP framework.
