Avi Products India Ltd has published its annual audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 in The Free Press Journal and Navshakti newspapers on May 31, 2026, as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47. For the full year FY26, total income from operations stood at Rs. 690.32 lakhs, down sharply from Rs. 1,162.95 lakhs in FY25, a decline of roughly 40%. Net profit for FY26 was Rs. 161.45 lakhs versus Rs. 180.81 lakhs in the prior year, a milder drop of about 11%. For Q4 FY26 alone, revenue was Rs. 208.67 lakhs with a net profit of Rs. 58.27 lakhs, giving an EPS of Rs. 0.36 (full year EPS of Rs. 1.00). The results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board on May 30, 2026. The company noted that more than 90% of its revenue comes from a single segment, so segment reporting has not been provided.
A clear year-on-year revenue contraction of around 40% is a concern, even though the bottom line held up relatively better thanks to apparent cost control. Existing shareholders may see this as a negative signal on topline growth, though the smaller decline in profits offers some comfort on margins.
