Oscar Global Limited has submitted to BSE the copies of its unaudited financial results for Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26 (ended 30.09.2025), which were published in the Financial Express (English) and Jansatta (Hindi) newspapers on 13 November 2025. Total income from operations stood at Rs. 10.06 lakhs for Q2 FY26 (flat vs Rs. 10.06 lakhs in Q2 FY25) and Rs. 17.95 lakhs for H1 FY26 (down from Rs. 20.20 lakhs in H1 FY25). The company reported a net loss (before tax, after exceptional items) of Rs. 39.60 lakhs for Q2 FY26, sharply wider than the Rs. 3.34 lakh loss in the year-ago quarter. For H1 FY26, the loss ballooned to Rs. 93.06 lakhs compared to Rs. 6.43 lakhs in H1 FY25. Basic and diluted EPS stood at (Rs. 0.14) for Q2 FY26 and (Rs. 1.19) for H1 FY26, against paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 2,862.66 lakhs (face value Rs. 10).
The results are negative for shareholders: losses have widened sharply both sequentially and year-on-year despite largely stable revenues, indicating margin pressure. As this is only a regulatory submission of newspaper-published results (no new business announcement), no immediate stock-moving trigger is expected beyond the weak earnings disclosure.
