Hindusthan Urban Infrastructure Limited has submitted copies of newspaper advertisements (Financial Express and Jansatta) published on 29 May 2025, containing the audited financial results for Q4 and full year ended 31 March 2025. On a consolidated basis, the company reported a net loss of approximately Rs 3,025.89 lakhs for FY25, an improvement from the FY24 loss of about Rs 3,570 lakhs. However, the Q4 FY25 standalone net loss widened sharply to Rs 2,806.32 lakhs versus a marginal profit of Rs 47.20 lakhs in Q3 FY25, and full-year standalone loss before tax ballooned to around Rs 4,655 lakhs compared to Rs 1,048 lakhs in FY24. Standalone total income grew from Rs 23,351.85 lakhs in FY24 to Rs 27,279.11 lakhs in FY25. Basic EPS stood at Rs (12.77) for FY25 versus Rs (15.33) for FY24. Results were approved by the Board on 28 May 2025.
Despite revenue growth on a standalone basis, deepening quarterly losses and continued bottom-line erosion signal ongoing operational stress for the company. Shareholders should expect weak near-term sentiment, though the year-on-year improvement in consolidated loss offers some consolation.
