Aadhar Housing Finance Limited has submitted to BSE and NSE the newspaper clippings of its audited financial results for Q4 FY25 and full-year FY25, as required under SEBI LODR regulations. On a consolidated basis, total revenue from operations grew about 20% YoY to ₹3,107.63 crore in FY25 from ₹2,586.82 crore in FY24, while Q4 FY25 revenue rose to ₹832.61 crore from ₹691.80 crore a year ago. Net profit after tax for FY25 stood at ₹911.83 crore (vs ₹749.64 crore in FY24), with FY25 basic EPS of ₹21.43 versus ₹18.99. The company reported Assets Under Management of ₹25,531 crore, disbursements of ₹8,192 crore in FY25, 591 branches across 21 states/UTs, and over 2.99 lakh live accounts. Asset quality improved marginally with GNPA at 1.08% (vs 1.10%) and Capital Adequacy Ratio strengthened to 44.61% (vs 38.46%), while debt-to-equity ratio fell to 2.56 from 3.14.
This is a routine regulatory newspaper publication of results already filed with the exchanges, so it is unlikely to independently move the share price. However, the underlying numbers — about 22% YoY rise in FY25 profit, stronger capital adequacy, improving GNPA, and a healthier debt-equity ratio — are constructive signals for shareholders.
